Starbucks sued for recalling coupons

“Lawyer whose Starbuck's email coupon was not honored decides not to do anything.

Just kidding.

This is America... he is suing for $144 million."

I think if you give away a coupon you should honor it. Well that is unless you decide not to. more power to starbucks and their $15 cups of molten death...

I don't think he stands a chance at winning this law suit. Didn't we study this in Contracts 101? An advertisement is not an offer, nor is your showing up an acceptance of said non-existent offer. Good grief. Suck it up and go spend your 79 cents at 7-Eleven.

just one quick question... is starbuck singular or did you really make a typo on your blog post?

i would feel better if it was printed that way. otherwise my view of you as mr. grammar-infallibile will dissolve.
